Fatal Motorcycle vs Truck Collision – April 4, 2024
On April 4, 2024, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to the Medical Center of the Rockies Emergency Department to investigate the death of a 63-year-old male. The decedent was transported after suffering injuries from an accident at the Intersection of Highway 287 and Berthoud Parkway in Berthoud, Colorado. The decedent is identified as Fred Garcia of Longmont, Colorado.
A full forensic autopsy was performed on April 5, 2024, at the Larimer County Forensic Sciences Center by Dr. J. White, D.O.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Force Injuries due to Acute Myocardial Infarction due to Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
