  • Proposed Amendments to the Land Use Code

    Proposed Amendments to the Larimer County Land Use Code regarding the non-regional and regional road capital expansion fees to clarify the specific Colorado Department of Transportation regional cost index that shall be used when evaluating the need to update the transportation capital expansion fees to reflect changes in road construction costs during the previous year. The amendment will be heard before the Larimer County Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 6:30 pm in the hearing room, 1st Floor, Larimer County Courthouse Offices.

  • Larimer County Ag Advisory Board Hosts Forum: Growing your Future in Larimer County

    Larimer County's Agricultural Advisory Board will host its first Educational forum on Saturday, March 13, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Larimer County Courthouse Offices Building, 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins, 1st floor. Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture John R. Stulp will open the forum. Session topics include the history of water and its use in Colorado; grazing management; weed control; wind and solar use; global climate change; agricultural marketing; agricultural taxes; and, starting an Ag-related business.
