Options for Long-Term Care program moving to Foothills Gateway

Beginning March 1, 2024, Options for Long Term Care services will no longer be provided by the Larimer County Department of Human Services. Foothills Gateway will provide these case management services to the community. Those directly impacted by this transition were notified earlier in the year. Options for Long Term Care (OLTC) provided access to publicly funded programs, supporting people with disabling functional conditions and limited finances.
