Burglary / Theft Arrest in Wellington

Christopher Howell

On July 4, 2017, at approximately 3:55 a.m., Larimer County Sheriff’s Office deputies stopped a vehicle leaving a construction site in the 7200 block of 5th Street in the Town of Wellington.  The driver was identified as Christopher Charles Howell (02/07/1981) of Cheyenne, Wyoming.  Deputies and investigators were able to confirm that numerous items observed in Howell’s vehicle were stolen from the construction site. 

Howell was arrested and booked into the Larimer County Jail on the following allegations: 

2nd Degree Burglary (Class 4 Felony);
Possession of Burglary Tools (Class 5 Felony);
Theft (Class 3 Misdemeanor): and
Criminal Mischief (Class 3 Misdemeanor) 

Howell’s bond was set at $3,250 and his booking photo is attached. 

The charges are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty.
