Description Members of this committee make loan decisions regarding a financial loan pool made up of State of Colorado Community Development Block Grant dollars granted to the Weld/Larimer region. The purpose of the fund is to provide gap financing assistance to new business and existing business expansions in the rural areas of both counties, with the aim of creating jobs and improved economic conditions. There are eligibility requirements for business ventures applying for the RLF money.

Qualifications Larimer County has an opening on the Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Committee. Applicants must be Larimer County residents and should have an understanding and working knowledge of the commercial loan process from the perspective of a lender.
Term Length 4
Meets Third Wednesday of the Month, as needed, 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
