Comments: Through the Town's permit application process the applicant has been asked to submit additional route information including a map and course description with this year's changes for our consideration of possible safety issues. I'm confident all concerns will be addressed.
Traffic cones must be placed on the north and south sides of Hwy 34 along the white fog line between Steamer Pkwy and Elk Trail Ct.
Comments: Please ensure that a detailed emergency communications plan is available, and that all staff and volunteers are familiar with the plan.
