Description:
Senior Fishing Derby - Open to all seniors 65 years old and older living in or around the city of Loveland Colorado.

Requesting the use of the Flatiron Reservoir Pavilion and surrounding area for the derby and free parking for busses transporting seniors from senior center homes in the Loveland area to the reservoir. We are also requesting free park entrance permits for all of the volunteer workers from Loveland Fishing Club for the day of the derby. Club busses will park in the day use only parking areas.

Risk managements. needs. As per last year have requested copy of general liability coverage naming Larimer County to be sent from city of Loveland

Sheriff: Boat not allowed on Flatiron Res. All fishing from banks

Sheriff: Emergency Communication Plan. Both contact personnel will be on hand through out event with available cell phones. Each senior citizen home will also have employees on hand throughout the day. Loveland Fishing Club will have 25 volunteers helping the seniors.

Comments: Please ensure that a detailed emergency communications plan is available, and that all staff and volunteers are familiar with the plan.

The Larimer County Department of Health & Environment is available to consult on food safety for the event, and on licensing provisions for vendors involving any catered food service. Information is available on our website at http://larimer.org/health/ehs/food.asp.

This event will occur on County open space. Details regarding the number of facilities and capacity for the event need to be coordinated with the Natural Resources Department.
