Horsetooth Mountain Open Space
This request is to continue our research at the Horsetooth Mountain Open Space. Our 2013 Special Event Permit is # 680. We continue to carry the requested Liability Insurance Policy and follow all Parks and Opens requirements and regulations. We have the continued support from Jeffrey Boring with LCDNR and Travis Rollins, Open Spaces Operations Manager. We have applied for a 2014 Small Grants for Community Partnering grant and are awaiting a decision.
Attached is our 2014 grant proposal that outlines our research and images from 2013. We are not sure of the impact our images will have on your decision, but we are delighted in the research results they have produced. The most important result being that Horsetooth Mountain Open Space has a wild turkey population and abundant wildlife diversity.
