Proposed Wellington/Larimer County Intergovernmental Agreement

A proposed intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between the Town of Wellington and Larimer County will be the subject of a joint County Commissioner/County Planning Commission public hearing at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in the hearing room at 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins. The IGA pertains to growth management on the fringes of the current town limits.
