Vehicle Pursuit Ending in Motor Vehicle Accident

On 3/30/14 at approximately 10:42 pm, the Larimer County Sheriff's Office was involved in two separate vehicle pursuits with a grey Ford Mustang which began in the area of Highway 392 and I-25 in Windsor. The vehicle crashed in the area of 3300 block of East Horsetooth Road east of Ziegler Road in unincorporated Larimer County.  Tye Alan Forbes, DOB: 052179 of Louisville, was arrested on-scene and transported to a local hospital for his injuries. 

Mr. Forbes was later released and transported to the Larimer County Jail.  He was alleged to have committed two counts of Vehicular Eluding (F5) and Reckless Driving (MT2) as well as being Under the Influence of Alcohol (M).
 
The charges are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
