The Larimer County Sheriff's Office has been working this week with the Rawlins, Wyoming Police Department in an effort to locate a fugitive who was wanted for Attempted Manslaughter. 

At approximately 6:35 p.m. tonight the fugitive, WYATT JAMES FLUTY, DOB: 12/28/1994, was located and arrested by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office SWAT team in the 3700 block of East Mulberry Street, in the unincorporated area east of Fort Collins. FLUTY was arrested on felony charges stemming from the Rawlins Police Department investigation and a misdemeanor warrant out of Larimer County for Failure to Appear to serve a jail sentence from a DUI arrest in 2013.
 
The joint investigation is still ongoing with Rawlins Police Department. No additional information will be released by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office while the investigation is ongoing.
 
The charge(s) are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
