A death investigation has been made in reference to the body found on the afternoon of  Wednesday, March 5, 2014 near the Intersection of Highway 14 (Mulberry) and Timberline, Fort Collins, Colorado.

The decedent has been identified as Ryan Roark-Hutt, age 35 of Fort Collins, Colorado.

An autopsy was performed today, March 6, 2014 by Forensic Pathologist James A. Wilkerson, IV, MD who has determined that theManner of death is Accident and the cause of death is Asphyxia by Drowning.

There is no evidence or suspicion of vehicle involvement such as hit and run.
