Beginning January 1, 2014 the Health Department will no longer offer walk-in immunizations in its Fort Collins and Loveland offices. Immunizations will be given by appointment only.

To schedule an appointment at the Fort Collins Health Dept., call 970-498-6767.

To schedule an appointment at the Loveland Health Dept., call 970-619-4580

People who have health insurance must visit their doctor for immunizations. At this time the Health Department can only bill Medicaid, not private insurance.
