Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to the 800-block of 4th Street Southeast in Loveland on Saturday night, November 23, at approximately 11:52 p.m. on the report of a stabbing. 

Upon arrival, deputies found a 26-year-old Loveland man had been stabbed in the back. The man was transferred to a local hospital where he underwent surgery and has since been discharged.
 
Investigators believe the stabbing was the result of a dispute with a man known to the victim. The suspect left the scene before deputies arrived. The public is not considered to be in any danger.

No additional information will be available while the incident remains under investigation.
