CR47 - Lonnie Berett
Larimer County’s Engineering Department has released its weekly Larimer County Flood 2013 Transportation Bulletin with notice that several corridors will be re-opening full time to general traffic in three weeks.
CR 43 (Devil’s Gulch Road), CR 47 (Big Elk Meadows) and CR 44H (Upper Buckhorn Canyon) will be open full time to general traffic on December 13, 2013.
Over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend CR 43 and CR 47 will be open to local resident traffic since construction crews are not working. Beginning at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, November 27th and ending at 6:30 am on Monday, December 2nd, these two corridors will be open for local traffic (road users should have credentials). Note that the roads are still primitive and road conditions may vary, especially with weather.
