Final Hearing and Action
The Board of County Commissioners held a hearing July 19, 2010 regarding the revised recommended code amendments and transition program. The Board approved the recommendations with some modifications. An overview of the changes is provided here for your information.
The County Commissioners also adopted a transition program for existing horse businesses. The transition program is intended to further simplify the approval process for established equestrian operations and is effective from September 7, 2010 thru September 7, 2011.
