Sexual Health Services for Men

The Larimer County Health Department provides sexual health care services to men, as well as to women, in our Family Planning and Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) clinics. The following services are available for men:

  • Confidential, low-cost STD testing and treatment
  • Confidential, low cost HIV/AIDS testing and referral
  • Condoms for the prevention of pregnancy and STDs
  • Counseling and referral for a low-cost vasectomy procedure

Sexual health services are provided in any of our three Family Planning and STD clinics in Larimer County and are offered:

  • Confidentially-in a setting that respects your privacy
  • Affordably-health insurance is not needed
  • Conveniently-during walk-in hours or by appointment
  • By caring, non-judgmental, and specialty-trained nurses

Teens do not need parental permission to access these services.

Fatherhood Program

Recognizing that fathers play unique and important roles in the lives of their children, the Fatherhood program provides information and support for dads as they prepare to bring a new baby home. Free workshops for new or expecting fathers give men the skills and confidence they need to care for their newborns. Support programs are also available for fathers to provide peer support as children grow and develop. For information on joining a fathers' group, contact Brenda Graves at 970-498-6731.
