These Public / Local Improvement Districts were approved in the November, 2009, election by the property owners in their respective districts. Each of these districts generate funds to maintain streets within the district.

The following areas have made application with the Larimer County Engineering Department about ways to generate funds to maintain their roads and make road and drainage improvements:
