Larimer County, City of Loveland, and City of Fort Collins have adopted the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards. These Standards apply to the design and construction of new and reconstructed streets within the two cities and within the Growth Management Areas for Fort Collins and Loveland within Larimer County.

Larimer County together with the cities of Loveland and Fort Collins have updated Appendix C, H, and I of the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards.

Notice of Changes

Appendix I is an update to the Roundabout Design Guide and is applicable to all three entities. It is for reference only (not a standard), and provides guidance to basic roundabout design to allow a broader segment of the engineering community to undertake roundabout design.

Appendix C (streetscape design) and Appendix H (multimodal transportation level of service) are applicable only within the City of Fort Collins city limits.
