April 6, 2010 Estes Park Municipal Election
MAIL BALLOT ELECTION: The Special Election will be a mail ballot election conducted by the Larimer County Clerk & Recorder's Office. Ballots will be mailed to all active registered voters during the week of March 15, 2010.
MAIL-IN BALLOT APPLICATION: If you need your ballot mailed to an address other than your registered address, you must complete a Mail-In Ballot application. Once you have completed the form, you may mail, fax, or email it to:

Voter Registration:
Anyone eligible to vote in the Municipal Election who is not already registered must register no later than March 8, 2010. An application is available online.
Check Your Registration Status
Designated Drop Off Sites:
Ballots must be received by the Larimer County Clerk & Recorder's Office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day in order for your vote to be counted. Ballots received after 7:00 p.m. on Election Day will not be counted. Postmarks do not count as received.
DESIGNATED DROP OFF SITES: Starting March 15, 2010 through April 6, 2010, voted mail ballots may be dropped off Monday through Friday at the following locations:
Estes Park - 170 MacGregor Avenue (Town Clerk's Office) 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Estes Park - 1601 Brodie Avenue (County Office) 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fort Collins - 200 W Oak Street (Clerk & Recorder Main Office) 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
These locations are also open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day (April 6, 2010)
Replacement Ballots:
If you spoil, deface or lose your ballot, you may obtain a replacement ballot, one at a time, not to exceed three ballots in all. If you spoil or deface your ballot, you may contact the Elections Office to obtain instructions for requesting a replacement ballot by calling 970-498-7820 or Estes Park Town Clerk's Office at 970-577-3702.
Replacement Ballots may be requested from the Larimer County Elections Office in Fort Collins and the Estes Park Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Replacement ballots will not be available at the county office on Brodie Avenue.
