Code Compliance

New Land Information Portal is Now Available

The new citizen's web portal is now available. Citizens can now:

  • view land use applications
  • create a code compliance complaint
  • search for building contractors and renew building contractor licensing
  • search for existing permits and the status of their permit, schedule/cancel inspections, and apply for specific types of permits.

To access the online portal, please go to: https://onlineportal.larimer.org

A registration and login are required to use all features of the citizen's web portal. To register, please click on register on the main page of the portal (click here to view instructions on how to register.) Registrations will be reviewed and approved starting June 6, 2016. Please check your email for registration approval.
