The convenience of submitting your passport application is now available at the Larimer County Citizen Information Center located in the Courthouse at 200 West Oak Street. All necessary forms are available, and trained staff can answer your questions. We do offer photo service, and currently charge $10.00 for two passport or visa photos. You must provide a valid picture ID (State issued ID card, Driver's License, Military ID card or passport). In most cases, a certified birth certificate is also required. Please bring two checks, as a portion of the fees are retained in Larimer County and a portion of the fees must be submitted to the Department of State.
