- City of Fort Collins Trends 2006 [pdf] - A report presenting tables of data depicting community growth, and a detailed profile of the local economy and its health.
- Larimer/Weld Region Job Vacancy Survey, Spring 2006 [pdf] - The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) developed the Job Vacancy Survey (JVS) to provide a snapshot estimate of job vacancies along with detailed information and analysis on accompanying wages, skill requirements, and work experience. Data is collected from a representative sample of employers in a given region semi-annually, providing a timely portrait of the employment situation.
- Colorado Front Range High-Tech Job Vacancy Survey, 2001 - This report surveyed High-Tech businesses to provide a measure of the demand for number and quality of workers in the Front Range. Among other findings, most available jobs in the Front Range were for full time placement, at an average wage of $16.60 per hour.
- Emerging Industries Study 2004 Colorado's Economic Opportunities: Today, Tomorrow and the Future - The University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business conducted an economic analysis of Colorado counties. The Larimer County [pdf] profile contains specific analysis of local data. For example, Larimer County's income and housing prices are slightly higher than state averages, but housing costs are lower than those in other Front Range counties. Economically, Larimer's growth will be based on its strength in computer and electronic manufacturing. Nearly one-quarter of the state's computer manufacturing employees work in Larimer County.
- Fort Collins Report to the Community: Finances & the Economy - The trend in sales tax collections took a more positive turn in 2004. Sales tax receipts increased by 3.3 percent over 2003. This report to the community outlines tax trends for Fort Collins for 2004.
- Link-up Loveland: Assessment Report, 2002 [pdf] - Loveland's City Council commissioned a telecommunication assessment to identify current infrastructure, outline future needs and establish recommendations. Interested community members from business, government, telecommunications, healthcare, real estate, K-12 and higher education segments and residents were invited to assist by detailing their current uses, future telecom needs and recommendations.
