• Planning & Building - Office Hours: M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Planning and Building Departments oversee land use planning and zoning, rural land use, and building permits and inspections. • Finance & Sales Tax License - Office Hours: M-F, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Sales Tax section of the County's Finance Division provides information, assistance and licensing to businesses that are required to collect county sales and use tax. Lists sales tax info for each of the cities and towns in Larimer County.
• Health & Environment - Office hours: M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Health and Environment Department licenses and inspects restaurants, grocery stores, and food processors/manufacturers, reviews construction plans and equipment for new and remodeled food establishments, and provides licensing and inspection services for health and environment-related issues.
