Parts of the Larimer County Virtual Courthouse website may be unavailable during maintenance on Tuesday, June 30 from 5 - 7 p.m.

Members present: Dixie Dick, LaVon Blaesi, Valerie Clark, Pranaya Sathe, Irene Romsa, Mel Hilgenberg, Ruth Wilson, Susan Bonsall, Pam Harrold, Laurel Kubin, Diane Kern, Kathy Wolfe, and Fred McClanahan, Jr. Excused: Suzanne Jarboe-Simpson, Trena Anastasia, Ronda Koski, Jean Bosch & Lew Gaiter.
Vice-Chair Dixie Dick called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. Minutes of the January 9, 2013 meeting were approved.
Five members of the Lee Family were introduced to the committee and they talked about the upcoming 4-H Carnival on March 23. They also had tickets to sell if anyone wanted to purchase them.
Diane Kern and Kathy Wolfe reported on the 4-H Program in Larimer County.

Extension’s three new nutrition educators were introduced to the advisory committee. They are:
Annie Martinez – EFNEP (Extension Food & Nutrition Education Program)
Elisa Cardona – SNAP-Ed (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education)
Therese Servin – SNAP-Ed
Updates on letters to the editors and Coloradoan thumbs-up were reported. LaVon Blaesi and Ronda Koski were going to staff a table to market Extension at the Winter Market in downtown Fort Collins on March 23.
Recruitment of Extension Advisory Committee Members
New members for the Extension Advisory Committee are needed, especially more males.
A report on budget reduction was given to the Extension Advisory Committee along with discussion.
Pam Jessen has been contracted to update the design and layout of the Larimer County Extension website.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00am. Next meeting is Wednesday, May 8, 8:00 a.m. at the Larimer County Extension Office.
