§ Junior Livestock – Greg Melick reported they elected same board, Bret Markham beef representative

§ Tough Enough to Wear Pink –Alan Rankin reported web site updated. Will add links to Fair, Rodeo & Queen’s sites.
§ Guest Services – Frank Marino reported that he is trying to set up a meeting with the volunteer coordinator with Cheyenne Frontier Days to talk about their program. Working on updating “Snap Scheduler”.
Extension: L. Kubin reported no funds available to replace CSU Livestock agent at this time. Is some money to hire a part-time person.
Rodeo: S. Humann reported there will be new acts for 2011 Rodeo and that Larimer County Rodeo won Justin Boot Company award for best footing rodeo arena.
