Comments regarding Draft 1041 Regulation

The 1041 Regulation and designating power plants and electrical transmission lines is a good start but would like other items designated also.  Do not want to expand the authority only after the “horse has left the barn.”

Recommendations:

P. 2, 14.4

Add H. The board shall have the authority to add additional matters of state interest to apply to a specific project.

P. 8, 14.11.3

Add i.  The facility must use the best currently available science to protect wildlife.
