PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE LARIMER COUNTY BUDGET
CONSENT ITEMS: *Will not be discussed unless requested by Commissioners or members of the audience.
*1. CRAWFORD ACRES LOTS 16 AND 17 AMENDED PLAT AND SUNRISE COURT RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION, FILE #10-S2938: Request: Amended Plat to vacate a portion of Sunrise Court and add the property to the adjacent lots, Lots 16 and 17, Crawford Acres; located at 524 Sunrise Lane, 600 feet north of Cherry Street, behind Irish Elementary School.
*2. CEDAR SPRINGS 4TH FILING LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2 LOT CONSOLIDATION, FILE #10-S2939: Request: A Lot Consolidation to combine lots 3 & 4, Block 2 of Cedar Springs Subdivision, 4th Filing and vacate the 10’ utility easement located along the common lot line of the two lots. If approved, the recording instrument for this application will be a Findings and Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners; located off County Road 43, Storm Mountain Drive, Palisade Mountain Drive and Snowtop Drive.
*3. HIAWATHA HEIGHTS LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 20 AMENDED PLAT, FILE #10-S2940: Request: Amended Plat to combine two lots into one and add an adjacent portion of unplatted land; located at 151 Cliff Drive, off Cliff Drive and Lakeview Drive in Hiawatha Heights.
*4. HERERRA SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT AND APPEALS, FILE #09-S2900: Request: A three lot subdivision encompassing approximately 9.5 acres to reconfigure the lot lines of three existing parcels and to allow for the construction of an additional home, plus appeals to Sections 8.14.2.N and 8.14.2.S of the Land Use Code to allow for the development of a private road in an access easement that does not provide connectivity to adjacent property; located north of CR 14 approximately 0.6 miles west of CR 1

Off Bald Mountain Drive, Green Mountain Drive and Maroon Bells Circle.
