Situation: The County signed a contract with the USFS in December of 2011 to start the EIS process again and move forward on the tower project.   The USFS chose AECOM Technical Services to perform the environmental study.

Proposal: To approve the agreeement to begin the Environmental Study for Public Safety Radio Communications

Advantages: Allows the County to proceed with the Environmental Study.

Disadvantages: some citizens do not want the communication tower to be constructed
