Larimer County Offices, Courts, District Attorney, Landfill, Household Hazardous Waste, and Recycle Center are all closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2015.
County Offices are also closed on Friday, November 27 while the Courts, District Attorney, Landfill, Household Hazardous Waste, and Recycle Center are open. Critical services at Larimer County will not be disrupted by this closure.

Self-serve permit stations are not available at this reservoir; permits must be purchased at the north or south entrance of Carter Lake.
The limit for trout is four (4) per person with no size requirement.
The limit for tiger muskie is one (1) per person, and it must be 36" in length or larger.

No swimming is allowed in Pinewood Reservoir
Sites P1-P5 will be the only available campsites for the winter season.
Attention campers: If you do not have a reservation for a campsite, you will need to visit the Larimer County Administrative Office at 1800 South County Road 31 to purchase your campsite during the following hours:
Monday- Friday- 08:00am- 04:30pm
Saturday- Sunday- 10:00am- 04:00pm
Camping fees will no longer be accepted at your campsite. A reservation for camping is recommended and, if available, walks ins are welcome.

Camping reservations may now be made from 1-180 days in advance.
Mule deer and elk are plentiful this time of year. Please drive carefully as wildlife often gather near the roads.
Numerous Turkey have been hanging out in the Pinewood area.
