Shower House in the Eagle Day Use area is CLOSED November - April.
The Swim Beach is CLOSED for the season.
2012 Annual permits are now available. Daily and Annual Park Permits may be purchased from the Bison Visitor's Center front desk or from Rangers in the field.
Daily Self-Serve permits are available at the Information Kiosks located at the North and South Entrance Stations.
New Walleye Regulation - All walleye longer than 21 inches in length, must be returned to the water immediately.
Daily bag limit for walleye is three (3) fish, 21 inches or less in length.
Trout were stocked October 11th.

Carter Lake boat ramps are closed for the season. They will reopen April 1st.
Maximum Pool Elevation - 5,759 ft.
Current Pool Elevation - 5,711 ft.
Carter Lake Marina is CLOSED for the Season.

Camping reservations may now be made up to 180 days in advance.
You may reserve a campsites by visiting www.larimercamping.com or call 1(800)397-7795. Self-Serve vehicle permits are available at the Information Kiosks next to the Entrance Stations. Please do NOT put camping fees in the self-serve permit envelopes. Camping fees will be collected by a Ranger if you do not have a reservation.
Water is available at Big Thompson Campground, Upper Eagle Campground and Flatiron Campground. Water at the other areas, including the dump station, has been turned off for the season.
Both Electric and Non-electric sites are now $15/night through March. This does NOT include vehicle passes.
Mule Deer and Elk are plentiful this time of year.
Please drive carefully as wildlife often gathers near the roads.
